Baltimore native Joseph Sheppard, renowned for his work with the figure, has produced countless compositions over the course of his long career. This exhibition showcases his talent as a master realist painter.

 

Maryland High School Juried Art Exhibition

Exhibition Dates: January 19–April 6, 2025

Featuring works in all mediums by local high school artists, the Maryland High School Juried Art Exhibition is the jewel among statewide visual arts competitions. The exhibition showcases pieces chosen by jurors to represent the finest student artwork from across the state.

Pushing Forward: Politics, Social Conflict, and the Racial Divide in the Art of Kevin Cole

Exhibition Dates: September 22, 2024–January 5, 2025

Through African design elements in his mixed-media and sculptural pieces, renowned artist Kevin Cole explores the lives of African Americans, addressing topics such as voting rights, lynching, and religion.
