  • Create a marketing plan that develops a marketing strategy and goals for a new product that includes an overview of marketing and advertising goals; a description of the target market and customer needs; a description of the target market; a timeline of tasks; setting the budget; conducting market research; developing key performance indicators; analyzing competitors; and developing core marketing messages.
  • Analyze the details of a challenger brand relative to the leading competitor by identifying the challenger brand and the top competitor; analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of both brands; determining areas of strength and weakness for each brand; and using report card analysis to propose recommendations for improving the Brand Report Card score.
  • Craft a detailed international marketing plan for a U.S.-based sporting goods company for its products in Kenya by addressing the marketing intelligence that can assist with information on this market opportunity; defining the target population; providing three sampling methodologies; and recommending the best option with appropriate rationale.
  • Analyze how effective a company’s current marketing strategy is in reaching its target audience and develop a more effective, data-driven marketing strategy tailored to its target audience’s needs by analyzing consumer behavior patterns and segmentation to understand how consumers make decisions.
