Jackie Chapman is responsible for training both new hires and seasoned staff members within the Stateside Military Operations department. Having joined UMGC in 2009 as a military and veterans advisor, she knows the difference it can make for students to have exceptional front-line staff.

Prior to her current role, Chapman was an assistant director for the Western region within the department, managing staff and locations from Washington to Kentucky. She takes great pride in being part of a department that operates across the nation, crossing states and time zones in order to assist students wherever they are. Chapman earned a bachelor's degree from University of Maryland, College Park.
